I found this while browsing for the value based 750 Ti on eBay. This is a refurb which is 2 months old. More than 10 units available. I have no idea how warranty would work. Seller has 100% feedback.

This does require a PCIe power connector (unlike the reference design which runs from Mobo power).
While the AMD 265 and 270 are better cards for the money, this might be good for someone who wants lower power consumption.
Comes factory overclocked.
NB:
Also, the same seller has listings for a Sapphire toxic R9 270X for $140 delivered. This is obviously the better deal: http://www.ebay.com.au/itm/SAPPHIRE-TOXIC-R9-270X-2GB-GDDR5-…
The seller seems to have been an ex-cryptominer. I hope this is helpful!
Also, I have no idea how warranty would work. I imagine the seller has invoices for all the cards.
They are not refurbished; they were used for mining and he simply blew the dust off with a can of compressed air. I bought a motherboard from this seller, all ok, but nothing special. Wasn't too happy about the motherboard being shipped with the cpu and heatsink attached though! Prices are not terrible, but no bargain either.
NOTE: specifically mentions "I didn't keep all the original packaging and cables for" so you might end up spending $10 extra chasing down a certain adapter if you don't have one, and don't specifically ask.
