Discount barcode scanned fine straight from phone. Got the additional 20% discount on some clothes for the kids which were on clearance (eg girls denim jeans with adjustable waist was $25 now $4; Peppa Pig jacket was $25 now $5.60)

It does work on all the existing offer. I had a few items that were buy 1 get 2nd for 50% off and 2 for 20% off. I also got some items that were on clearance for $5. The discount code took off 20% from my total. So this deal is pretty good if you're buying stuff that are already on offer, otherwise 20% isn't "great" on full priced items.
Target is also doing all jewellery 50% off at the moment, I used this voucher on top of it (just scanned the barcode on my phone). Worked out very cheap, got some good stocking fillers for a few dollars each.
Worked on the Missoni range and was happy with that as was going to buy it anyway so nice discount. Dammit. Forgot to look at clearance items to add to order - free shipping inc when spending over $75
