May I ask of other lebara users: if you recharge for less than what you're recharge voucher is worth, do you retain the balance in your account?
I just recharged using a voucher bought from 7-11. I only received a bonus of $1. How do you activate the $10?

Ok a bit of an update. I rang and enquired with Lebara as to how the offer worked. At first, the lady advised it was a 7-11 offer and nothing to do with Lebara….I explained to her that what she said makes no sense at all because 7-11 are an agent of Lebara and as such, have offered me a $10 credit in exchange from buying a recharge from 7-11. As I was having no luck, I ended the call to try if i could get another service operator who knew what to do……
A few moments later, she called back to advise that I would get a text from 7-11 towards the end of December advising of the $10 credit. I again said to her, that does not make sense….why would 7-11 send me a sms? I also queried how 7-11 could possibly get my details as the voucher is from Lebara, not 7-11. I had not consented to Lebara providing 7-11 my details nor did I provide them to 7-11!
Long story short, I am unsure what will happen next….I will need to follow this up further….what a poorly executed offer!
