6gb download for BioShock
OK went ahead with Bioshock. I now have a 6gb dlmpartial file - my computer decided to crash before finalising. The download manager will not resume the download. Renamed and tried to unzip but the data2.cab file is corrupt. If you have unlimited download might be OK but for me a waste of time, money, and download.
Yes, I noticed the same "This title is available for purchase in the United States, Canada, Mexico, and the United Kingdom only." when looking at "Pirates!"
Tried to buy a few titles but failed. This offer isn't open to Australians.
Better to use Steam for downloading games.

Note: country restrictions have always been for certain software titles and these are genuine licensing restrictions you will find everywhere.
Some games have worldwide licensing, others have country specific bans. Australian censorship, and commercial licensing is quite stringent but that is another story for another time.
Most download sizes will be BIG - in the realm of gigabytes (GB) so make sure your Internet account has a large limit and does not penalise you for going over the cap - or it could get very costly.
This site is a great alternative to the popular STEAM so have fun.

This is still good, even though many games not for here. Just keep looking - there's still plenty of value for Oz.
like others have said, most of the games wont work in australia. eg: chronicles of riddic and splinter cell
