Phone with Chinese Language Option for around $50

Hi all,
There seems to be a lot of phones out there that seem to fit the budget of ~$50(Nokia 520/530, various Huawei Y/G 2xx/3xx and Samsung)
I do not care about the screen size as approx 3.5 inch would probably be best anyway. The phone will not be running any additional apps aside from the stock ones so performance is not a requirement either.

All I need is the phone to have a Chinese interface.

Please post the model of your phone or a phone that you can confirm that has a Chinese interface (being able to select Chinese in language options)

Although I much prefer local supply, if this phone is not sourced locally, please post a link and how long it took to arrive.

    My LG G2 D802 has chinese.

    Vodafone Samsung Galaxy S2 does not, only has Korean at the bottom of the list. Seems to be the only East Asian language option as it doesn't even have Japanese installed.

    Lg Optimus 4x HD also has Chinese language plus all the other languages officially supported by Android, but I am runnining CyanogenMod on this device which is obviously, a custom rom.

    If a phone doesn't have a Chinese language option I believe you can just install CyanogenMod on it and this would be the easiest way to 'get' Chinese language on any device.
