I'm not sure if you have to hire staff, if they provide dishes, warmers etc, but you can discuss it with them while you try their samples :)

Hmmm…Although technically this is a freebie, it would be a bit odd to book a meeting with them just to sample some of their food.

One other nice thing is, they'll even come to your place after hours (up to 8:30pm it says) to accommodate people's schedules
