Selling Tickets on Gumtree

Hi.
Selling tickets to a concert I won on Gumtree.

If I sell with payment via paypal (ensuring address is the same listed in paypal) and post registered, express, signature on delivery and insurance for replacement value both myself and buyer are covered? Just want to make sure I am covering all bases.

    Settle in person in Cash.

    Paypal is wide open to chargeback.

    Are you allowed to sell tickets on Gumtree? Wouldn't the original ticket sellers complain (even if the tickets were a prize)?

    Gumtree is for face to face sales cash sales…..just search on whirlpool or google to find out how many people have been scammed by using paypal on gumtree…..
