Bundled Naked ADSL2 and Mobile Phone Plans?

Hi guys,

I'm getting sick of our home internet being shaped. It's ridiculously cheap but the shaping is getting really annoying.

We are with Exetel and get 5GB/ month before it's shaped to 1500/256 or something, and unlimited from there. $25/month including line rental and a landline.
We also have our mobiles on the $20/month 4G plan, 500Mb data (two of us).

So we pay exetel $65/month for all this.

I've searched but just can't find a company that might give us a good deal on a bundle if we chuck in two mobiles with our home internet. Happy to do naked ADSL as we don't really use the landline, in fact it's a nuisance as we constantly get telemarketing calls.

Is there such a thing that would offer a price not too much in excess of what we're paying??

    You need to know that for unlimited ADSL2+, you'll be paying about $65 just for the internet itself (landline rental included). Naked would be about the same price or more expensive.

    Seeing as your mobile plan isn't particularly cheap, you can probably consider Vaya's $18 plan (with $650 calls and 1.5GB included).
    For ADSL (+line rental), you can choose to stay with Exetel and go on thair $59.90 unlimited plan, Dodo and TPG have something similar as well.

    So total would be about $96

    Thanks for the advice. I don't actually need unlimited, even 50Gb would easily cover us.
    Just that 5gb is pretty tight!

    Also I'm scared of Vaya. So many threads on dodgy billing practices and terrible customer service when something goes wrong.

    iiNet does a bundle. $60 for 100gb plus $20/m (discounted) for 1gb phone plan. But still a bit dear, around the $100 mark :(
