Pay What You Want Art. Imbue Urban Artist ($16.48 Delivery)

90

If you're a fan of street art or urban art, you may have heard of the artist Imbue. At the moment he's running a interesting special at the moment for one of his latest prints. Pay whatever amount for it, just pay for postage. Postage to Australia is £9 ($16.48 AUD).
These are limited to 50 and I'd say a few have already gone. The minimum cost of his work is generally around $100 AUD. So if you're looking to get into the art scene, extend your collection a little or just like Spongebob or smoking, you might like this.

EDIT: Looks like they've all been snapped up. Thanks for playing, folks!

Thanks for the heads up, I've picked one up.

Thanks OP. Worth the $19.09 (using Paypal). And I do like Spongebob. Who doesn't? Goo goo gas!

This will be worth more than the basketball cards I bought 3 years ago.

  • Bought one! Wooo

  • some great stuff there

  • UPDATE: For anyone checking on this deal again, the prints have been mailed and people in the UK are already receiving them. We'll hopefully get them soon.

  • Mine arrived today….finally. I even emailed Artobox on Monday to find out what was going on. Still no reply. Crappy customer service. But, I guess you can't complain with the price. I knew it'd eventually come.

Mine hasn't arrived yet. Will wait a couple more days before raising a Paypal dispute (33 days so far)

      • That's just such poor form of them. My girlfriend also ordered one and she still hasn't got it and she ordered 30 minutes after I ordered mine. What an absolute joke.
I'm sorry to hear this mate =/

For the record, they still haven't replied to my email that I sent over a week ago.

      • still nothing for me - its within 45 days to file a dispute right?

        • Not sure when the 180 days dispute started, but to be safe use 45 days. 36 days now, I will give them until Wednesday.

        • @downero: Sorry, I didn't get a notification you both posted in here.
I'm unsure of when the dispute period is. However, my girlfriend still hasn't received hers. She put in a PayPal dispute today (3/12/14) and got an email saying she's going to get a refund.

Really sorry to hear I got my print, but lots of others didn't get theirs. VERY disappointing.

        • @Pollywaffle: dispute raised and closed within a few hours. disappointing indeed. not even an email from artobox to state what happened

        • @downero: I'm glad you got a refund, but I'm really sorry to hear about this hassle. The artist will be really pissed off to hear this, too. People are trying to buy his work but the distributor isn't passing it on. Idiots.

        • @downero:

Filing my dispute now. Interesting that I get their marketing emails now, on their bloody mailing list now.
