  No. The current servers (Oceanic) will be converted to local, and Aus/NZ players who have characters on US servers will have free transfers.

  Diablo 3 has had ANZ servers since RoS dropped, Heroes of the storm apparently has ANZ servers too. The only one which doesn't is Starcraft II.
