Thinking of planting a mango tree in backyard.
Any idea which would be better place in hills suburbs (syd) to buy a mango plant?

Thanks, yes, I was planning to visit PlantCorp Baulkham Hills SupaCentre Nursery but thought if someone can give some other good options in this area, it will be great too :)
I have a few and it all started by planting a seed. Yep, buy a mango, eat it, plant the seed and voila.
Hows the year round weather up your end? It's cold down here in Vic so mine haven't grown that big. They like real warm temps. All the best with with.

our family planted one from seed back in the 90s…
and we now get fruit every year
but it takes a while to start seeing fruit..
we live in sydney so its not tropical weather and it took us I think like 15 years to see fruit on the tree

Probably, but grafted ones have a root system that is specifically chosen because it's much better at absorbing nutrients from the ground and disease resistance
Generally a plant shop. Plants really need to be inspected in person to make a judgement. Root structure, formation, sign of disease, pruning aberations…..these are things that can only be discovered with your eyes. I often use google to find local shops.
