Was going to use them for a project that required a Canadian based server until I realised that they have no customer service except for their "knowledge base", which is basically a public forum. Wasn't about to publicly post details of the problem I was having with changing credit card details on my account (btw, their dashboard has a bug that stops you from changing the primary payment method hence it's impossible to swap out credit cards after you create the account).
