Hi guys,
Last week, I've signed up with Knowledge To Action (which teaches you how to trade in FOREX, for $5,000). It's your opinion if you think this was a dumb idea, and I think it was a dumb decision. So I've changed my mind the next day.
In their terms and conditions, which I've signed, you can get a full refund if you cancel within 5 days; I've done this.
The next day I've sent them an email, confirming that I want to cancel it. A few hours later, I've had to go through a lengthy 30 minute talk with one of them, trying to keep me on the program; I said no.
That was last week, and I haven't heard from them since. No refund has been issued.
I've called them this morning, and they've said that they'll get back to me.
But my question is, what should I do if they waste more time, and not do anything; not respect their terms and conditions??
Thank you.
Update:
They said that they'll get back to me before the end of the day today. Didn't get anything so called them up just now; they will get back to me tomorrow, as the 'Cancellation Department' has all gone home… GRR!
they have been trading under many different name, i went once to their north sydney seminar but didnt signed up.
