Hye guys can you recommend games for 3DS/DS around 30-40 dollars. That I can pick up at my local JBHIFI,Target,Big W,Eb Games etc.

If you haven't got mario kart 7, then you probably need your head examined. I think I got mine for $35 at JB in their pre-owned section.
Otherwise some mario platformers (yoshi isn't that great), zelda link between ages, and the such are good buys (if you can get them for ~$40). I also like ace attorney - but it's not to everyone's taste.
What genre/type of game? I really enjoyed Bravely Default (RPG).
I'm a big fan of JRPGS but I don't really mind what genre it is.
See if u can find bravely default cheap then or fire emblem awakening. You might have to get UK imported versions off a website for that price though.
It'll be hard to find a good 3DS game within that budget, even when sales are going on it'll be around $45-$50 for the likes of Fire Emblem, Braveley Default, Fantasy Life and the Mario games.
However you can get Fire Emblem, Chrono Trigger and Golden Sun DS games for roughly $30 pre-owned at EB Games.
if you like puzzle games, i would recommend something from the Professor Layton series. Miracle mask is selling pretty cheap now for brand new (under $30 some times). great game if you enjoy a lot of thinking!
Kmart have been clearing out 3DS games, they had Luigi's Mansion 2 for $28, Target had a bunch of good games for $44, don't know if that special is still on.
