Order Was Sent Twice. What to Do?

I placed an order for 3 items from an AFL Team Store last week on 7 October and received all of my order on the 9th or 10th no dramas. Fast forward to Monday 13th and I get an email in the morning from the team store telling me that the guernsey I had ordered (and received) was out of stock and I'll be getting a refund for that guernsey, then a few hours later get an email from AusPost telling me my order is on my way. I sent them an email that evening telling them that I had already received the order but today is Thursday 16th and I havent received a reply. Instead $65 has been credited to my credit card for a guernsey I've got and I now have two of the other two items. I feel like I've done my part by sending them an email and I dont want to jump through hoops to fix their mistake. Should I try contacting them again or just forget about it.

    Contact them, say you got it.
    They can arrange the delivery back, or just get them to debit the card again

    I experienced this when 3 was around, once I got a HTC sent to me by mistake (rrp ~ $1000) and another time they sent me two Nokia phones instead of one (rrp ~ $700).

    Tried to return them both times, called in and they didn't want to know about it. Brought it into the store and they didn't want to know about it either.

    Don't kill yourself over it, by all means try again but if they still can't get it right just leave it..
