Using the 10% off discount from https://www.ozbargain.com.au/node/165204, the DC44 comes down to $313.20 for pick up.
Delivery was $29.95 so better to pick up.

  Master website's inventory indicator is not accurate, You may want to call up the store to verify the stock level before you make purchase online, I order the same model on August, still no stock yet, from WA

  Is this the same as the "DC44 Animal"? (as on Dyson site)

  I got mine from masters online. I was wondering the same. And the one they gave was the animal. I don't think there's a dc44 that isn't the animal. It comes with the mini motorised tool.

  A good buy at this price point we love ours.
