How to Cancel OzSale Order?

I just Placed an wrong order on Ozsale. and immediately lodge a contact about Amending my Order.

If they dont allow me to cancel. should I call credit card company to reject this transaction ?

They might despatch before they get to your email, but just contact them again for a return authorization number

I just checked my bank, they charged my money immediately….
This is not right as i know most of retailers only charge when the parcel is ready to despatch.

Dont accept the parcel. It will be sent back to them and they will refund the money
