Sis has placed a (Click To Collect) order (using some coupon code) which went fine and seeing status as "Awaiting Shipping" from day1. Amount was deducted from paypal account on day1 itself. Now after a week when I rang customer service they said the item is not in stock so we will process the refund.
At time of ordering we had few items left and thus our order went fine.
Due to some silly process in Katies we lost that item now.
Is it pretty common to face such situation?
