How Would You Rate Your Current Boss?

I had good ones and not so good ones. My current manager is very smart, but thinks everyone in the office is as smart as him/her, gets upset in front of everyone when someone makes a mistake and let's you dig a very deep hole before intervening - and he/she makes you feel bad in the process.

Waits for the last minute before making a firm decision then rushes you for results.

Stays late in the office and expects everyone to do the same.

When people don't show for work, us employees always say: someone went for a "SEEK" leave. :)

    Worst "boss" I had was my brother to do website stuff. After that short stint, I decided never to take on web design work for family or friends.

      True. Very hard to deal with family in regards to work. I used to employ my uncles in a small job. Man, very hard to be strict with them. Nepotism is indeed a bad word.
