An Education

Starring Carey Mulligan in a breakthrough performance alongside Peter Sarsgaard and the who's who of leading British actors including Emma Thompson, Alfred Molina, Dominic Cooper and Rosamund Pike. The screenplay is by Nick Hornby (High Fidelity, Fever Pitch, About A Boy).

In the post-war, pre-Beatles London suburbs, a bright schoolgirl is torn between studying for a place at Oxford and the rather more exciting alternative offered to her by a charismatic older man.

      Extra super extended director's cut? The film was 95 mins when it screened at the Melbourne International Film Festival a few weeks ago; 267 mins is probably a typo. :)

    I have NEVER been able to get a ticket from ANY www.seefilmfirst.com after it has been posted on OzBargain.

    It's always sold out before I get there! Methinks they SPAM 80,000 people for the 600 tickets in a cinema!

    Has anyone actually got a ticket from here successfully for any film????

      Yes I have seen 3 movies so far. and going to see my 4th movie coming Monday.
      also with Contigous Network, I have been to 2 movies and going to my 3rd today.

        Contigous Network: Bruno / The Cove / 500 Days of Summer.

      I went to the Land of the Lost seefilmfirst screening in Melbourne a few months ago; cinema was about 60% full. Also managed to get tickets to An Education this time around. seefilmfirst is definitely legit, you just have to be quick.
