Just wondering if anyone has had any problems with east bay and been able to get a full refund or exchange without extra charges?
if had 3 incidents in past with east bay, with only the last problem semi resolved. I am still not happy with the outcome but better than the other 2 times.
The last order i bought 2 pairs of runners, 1 of them having imperfections i asked to exchange, had to many hassles. Offered to send them photos etc. In the end through much haggling i received a $20 voucher.
(My nike runners which supposed to be new, but poorly manufactured unfortunately below, 1 of its imperfections, starting to peel after a few days use. I have worn these for a week till now)
