No I didn't get it included in my preorder from them.
Going to have to shoot them an email and hope they will provide it.

I just got an email from dick smith about how to download it.

But step 3 says "Enter your code." Is that the code listed in step 11?

  Yeah, I think the locker code is written further down in the steps. This then generates and in game code? Not sure, is a bit confusing and I haven't tried yet.
