Which one of these merchants are better to buy HTC One E8 ?

I am looking to HTC one E8 mobile and it seem to be not available yet with any of the leading electronics stores in Australia.

I find stocks with Yatango, Expansys, Kogan and Topbuy.com.au. Almost all of them have it for same price ~$520 except Yatango which has it for $20 less

Can you guys help me out with your views on these three merchants in terms of quality of stock, warranty etc.

    Also, you'll probably need to look into the 3G/4G frequency difference between the Chinese version and Taiwanese version, usually the TW version would be more suitable for Australia.
