My wife and my mum were with Vaya & LiveConnected respectively. Due to the recently introduced plan freezing fee I moved them both to Telechoice. My wife officially disconnected on the 30th September and my mum officially disconnected on the 3rd of October. However, I got emails today saying that I got bills due in mid October and both the bills include a plan freezing fee ($9.95). I believe both Vaya and LC uses advanced billing (hence why I got the plan freezing fee which is only introduced in October) so I emailed them asking them to cancel the latest bill.
I am wondering whether I am the only case here. I am sure a lot of people are leaving them due to price change. Please share your experience.

I actually got charged the wrong amount but in a good way…
I got charged less than $2 and I disconnected in the middle of the month.
