Samsung maybe feeling the pressure on profits and sales.
If you listen to the video towards the end (3 minute mark) they discuss that Samsung is discounting a lot at the moment (US) so we might see the same here as they try to shift product and build sales…
Could be good for those wanting a bargain on electronics and other goods in the next few months.
I'm reserving some judgements, but may well end-up buying the Note 4.
Pleased to read a separate, different article, recently (from someone 'in the know'), predicting that the initial price-drop of the Note 4 will at least match that of the 3. Namely, 30% after three months.
The original Note was very slow to drop in price. I bought it late. Note 2, much faster. Note 3, faster again.
Hopefully, the three-month plunge will in fact be better than that 30%. Lots of phablet competition at the upper-end, middle AND lower end, at the moment, so, I reckon, a very good chance.
Crappy and worsening exchange rate notwithstanding. Less than 'fun times' for importers at present.
