A Weber is not even in the BarbeSkews class. :)
Charcoal-cooked meat can be the most delicious thing ever. The really slow cooking over the coals really makes a difference. It is not like a Weber at all. Think more traditional Yiros/BBQ style. Weber's are now more focused on the gas-cooking BBQ market these days.
