Purchased the 64GB Cruzer from Shopping Square last night (the pic said 16GB), received a receipt for 64GB, checked my account after payment and it showed 64GB, but checking the account this morning it has been changed to 16GB. I am aware that they make mistakes but not even an email from the to advise if the change. I am considering holding my ground on this (been stung too many times when the photo did not match the received product) and would like your advice.

Spent 6 months battling shopping square over a warranty dispute last year. They have no email support, no phone contact numbers, only way to reach them is thru their online support portal, which they hardly ever reply to and when they do its just the same scripted bullshit. Went through the ACCC and the local WA Commerce Consumer Protection people making complaints. The complaints people couldn't even got a hold of them!! And said I would need to take it up with the magistrates court.
My advice, don't waste your time with them. Their support is nonexistant and they will try to get out of anything. In this case they can easily say incorrect title so I'm guessing you wont have much luck unless you are willing to spend the time and effort over the next 6 months like i did contacting the ACCC and your local state consumer complaints people.
