does anyone have any knowledge about some good cheap iPhone 6 plans. I told Vodafone to match the $60 virgin plan and they are willing to give me extra 600mb. so minimum cost will be $1440 for 2.8GB of data and $300 included value. Does anyone have or know about a plan that is less than $60 and you get at least 1GB of data.

No but they existed, maybe not now. Was thinking there might be some unknown way of getting a contract transferred here. I don't know but they do it in other countries.
$600 of txt and calls to me feels unlimited as I never go over, but then again you're right it's not unlimited to those like teens that text every 2 minutes, or chat for hours on end.
Not even sure what that works out to in minutes talktime and txts sent, but in the US they advertise offers as how much use you get out of it.
There probably are unlimited plans with the two major networks directly but I doubt they'd also have more than 1 or 2GB data, probably 500MB. Would have to restrict app data with another app and use the awesome Opera browser and select low quality pics and use only mobile links like http://m.ozbargain.com.au ;-p Will feel like 2009 Internet but with very fast dialup or pretty slow broadband.

How did you ask Voda to match the Virgin deal? through their phone customer service?
Get 2GB and $600 or something like that of calls and text, pretty much almost unlimited, from Optus for $59, but that's a 2 year old plan I've grandfathered over.
