So I had a Hoyts movie voucher. It expired back in july. but i tried to use it today on its website and guess what.. it works.
have you guys noticed that? Not sure about event cinemas. worth a try. If someone has one try it and let us know. I guess we can save our old vouchers as they would work even after 6 months.
Does it work if you try the same voucher code again? I'd say that someone probably stuffed up and didn't set the expiry date correctly.
Sometimes when a voucher gets used the system also doesn't record them, so theory, you can use it infinite times, before head office finds out.
Event cinemas hada flaw in their app a few months ago, allowing me to get free movies via their app as I had enough cinebuzz points, as their system did not reduce my points until 2 weeks after, they realised this. And I still had the same points.
