Smartphones are their only lifeline to seeking help, being connected to social networking and finding housing, shelter, humanitarian aid and employment. So it's not surprising that there would be an app made specifically for homeless people to connect with. Of course paying the pre-paid phone bill is another concern but that's where free wifi access is paramount for these people.
