To enter the promotion, Entrants must, during a Promotional Day (for Daily Judging) or Promotional Period (for Voting Prizes), post a photograph or video (as applicable) depicting the Entrant completing one of the 21 challenges as listed below:

Photograph challenges: H20, Battleground, Air, Perspective, Invert, Custom, Zone, Wheels, Leap

Video challenges: Bolt Slam, Slo-Mo, Mash Up, Balance, Beats, Pass, Juggle, Shake, Dance, 3 Pointer, Sync, Unstoppable.

(each, a Challenge) in the manner required via either:

the mobile Nutri-Grain Throwdowns application (Application). Entrants must:

download and launch the Application on their compatible mobile device. The Application is available free of charge and can be downloaded via the Apple App Store for Apple iPhone devices or via Google Play for Android devices from October 1 2014;
follow the prompts on the Application to fully and correctly register on the Application. A valid Facebook and Instagram account will be required to complete registration;
submit their photograph or video (as applicable) via the Application. Standard Instagram image and video limitations apply;
copy and paste the hashtag data provided by the Application from the Application into the Instagram comment field and nominate at least one person to take on the challenge by either tagging them in the image or including their Instagram ID (@[instagramname]); and
have their photograph or video (as applicable) accepted by the Promoter as eligible to be publicly posted on the Application. The Promoter will endeavour to review entries within 24 hours of submission.

their Instagram account with the hashtags appropriate for that challenge. Correct flow is #throwdowns[number] #fuelon @nutrigrainau @nominatedfriend. For example: the hashtags required for Challenge 1 H20 are: #throwdowns1 #fuelon @nutrigrainau @johnsmith)

Entrants must ensure that their Instagram account used to enter the promotion is set to ‘public’ prior to posting the photograph or video (as applicable). Entrants acknowledge that if they enter the promotion via Instagram, their Instagram profile may be updated at time of Entry and their Entry may be featured generally on their Instagram profile, the Instagram platform generally as well as within the Application and the Application’s Leaderboards.
