Entry is open to those 18 years or older, who purchase an item advertised in the Chemsave or Chemsave Discount Max October 2014 catalogues (excluding prescriptions) or purchase a Chemsave Pharmacist Formula branded product between 1st October 2014 and 31st October 2014, who receive an official entry form from a participating pharmacy and return a completed entry form to a participating pharmacy prior to the closing date.

The winning entry, as determined by the judges, will win the prize of two return business class flights to London England or four return economy class flights to London England and $5,000 cash for spending money and accommodation.
