• In the 'Billing Address' fields, put any fake address & phone number & hit 'Save & Continue'.
• Again, on the confirmation screen, hit 'Save & Continue'.
• Click 'Pay', then 'Continue', then 'Confirm Order', then 'Your Downloads'.
