Very easy. Just did it yesterday for Horizon 2. Email them asking them to cancel and make sure your email contains the order and invoice number.

Holding off on an Xbox One… but Sunset Overdrive does look great for that price it was. And I'm a sucker for Halo: Master Chief Collection. Still cautious though regarding the way Microsoft treats their exclusives in the long-run.
All items in stock can get through click and collect all pre order items needed to be delivered 4.95 is not a bad price for shipping still heaps better than all other stores like jbhifi and ripers ebgames as I know these are great prices you don't know what's next as dick is excluding all discounts on game pre orders so grab it if changes cancel order placenew
click and collect -> call the next day saying your item isnt in stock, and have to wait 2 weeks anyway, thats if star track doesnt get lost or they actually remember to call you to come get it in the first place

If you preorder a few games do they ship them one at a time as the games have different release dates? I do not want to wait until the release date of the latest game before receiving all of the other ones I preordered.

They will ship the released games first. The pre-orders will usually be shipped 1-2days before release date so they arrive on the release date.
If your order only conains pre-orders, they will ship them as each game is released.

My preorder of Destiny didn't arrive until several days after release as they'd oversold their initial shipment. I preordered my copy a few weeks before release.
still shows the 47.98 on store list but changes to 59.99 on cart.
buddy you missed out as the deal ended at 6pm. Your best bet would be to go to their ebay store tomorrow at 10am and use the 20% off code, or just wait for one of those 15 off codes in the future (as long as that includes game preorders)

Or from what I've read, you won't get any of your items until the last pre-order item is released and they will all be sent at once. People have been forced to cancel because they didn't want to wait months for their other purchases.

same boat for me. Ordered 4 ps4 games, Fifa 15 and 3 other pre order. Charged 4.95 for delivery. And anyway I will go overseas next week and be back in mid Nov. So no problem if DSE deliver thrm together :)
