For those lucky enough to have competition nearby, Aldi cling wrap is around $1.40 for 60m or roughly 1/3 less per metre if my arithmetic is correct
The Glad one is better quality
How does one discern the difference in quality between two separate brands of plastic film?
I can think of many ways, although I haven't used the Aldi cling wrap. I've occasionally used crappy ones though. Crappy cling wrap

Funny you say that… there's a TON of difference. To the point some don't even bloody cling! LOL. They're more like plastic without static.
Can't remember what brand we get (off the top of my head), but it's from most Safeway/Coles. Comes in 300mtr roll, cheaper than Glad, sticks like sh.t to a blanket. Better than all.
