The key is confirmed to work worldwide and is a Steam key that will be sent to you on the release date 30/09/2014.

Using chrome you can translate each page so its readable but I managed to work my way through the checkout without it.

Press the Red button under the price $R69,99 then click on your preferred payment method on the right followed by Finalizar Pedido. This should take you to the final stages, you might also need to make a new account to purchase from this site.

  Shame you don't get it until release as the game is available for preload right now and is a 35gb download

    Agreed, strange that Steam doesn't allow preload themselves. Got mine for $36 few days ago and it was preloaded, so that's a good deal plus it has DLC bundled.

  • Go to Nuveem.com.br (Use Chrome so you can auto translate)
  • Create a new account (wait for the verification code email etc)
  • Install Hola addon, change to Brazil.
  • Go to Nuveem's home page again and login to your account
  • Add Shadow of Mordor to your cart
  • Go to Nuveem home page
  • Disable Hola
  • Click on your cart, the game should still be there
  • Checkout via PayPal.

    Its getting really good reviews pretty much everywhere. They keep saying combat and movement is a crossbreed of AC and Arkham. And tbh, I don't care, I liked their parkour and combat.

    Am excited about the nemesis system. They didn't try to focus all around the place with MP and SP. They only focussed on polishing the SP, which is what I enjoy sometimes. And for $33 bucks…. why not?
