Not of a FAN of active shutter 3D its cRAP and gives you a headache .. the Cinema 3D passive that you can use $1 passive glasses with is the best LG and Panasonic and i think Sony have Passive TV's now. i would never buy a Samsung for the 1 reason.
I take it you haven't used active in years. Kicks my 2012 LGs passive ass and can actually get full HD unlike all passive which displays half resolution.

4k Passive 3D TV's are the best… Passive 3D was reviewed to be THE BEST3D and most preferred 3D
The reason 3D didnt take off much was because of how shit active 3D was and how it doesn't even pop out as much and why would anyone who isn't a complete moron want to give themselves a headache while watching something haha
Imax3D is passive 3D, Event and Hoyts use it..
2014 3D TV reviews are pointing to passive as the overall better experience all reviews are!

The remote looks like **it to me "Many commands necessitate using the virtual onscreen remote.". And uneven black levels. Sound is apparently not that great. Perhaps someone that actually owns it can comment.
But hey it's 60", 3D, LED, known brand and under $1500.

I grabbed myself the 60" Samsung from Good Guys (price matched Big Brown Box, not Bing Lee as they charge extra for postage to VIC). Am eligible for the free Sidchrome toolkit and also got the $411 Samsung soundbar which I get $200 cashback on.
Pretty happy with how that all turned out. :)
Delivery is $40 for me in QLD, so not free delivery. Good price though.
