  • You have become a new parent within the last 12 months (if your baby has not been born, please apply after the birth).New Parent means whether a natural parent; or adopted parent; or guardian of a child, where the date of birth of the child occurred no more than 12 months prior to the Commencement Date and where applicable, the date of adoption and the date of entering legal guardianship is no later than the Commencement Date.

  • You are an Australian resident - Australian resident includes Australian Citizenship and Australia Permanent Residency.

  • You are aged 18 to 65.
  • You are not already covered with Virgin Money Life Insurance and/or Virgin Money Income Protection.
  • Your name appears on your child’s Birth Certificate, Legal Adoption or Guardianship Certificate.
    The New Parent Life Cover is only available to you by completing your application online.

      It's only $50k, I'm sure she'd take out a more normal ($1M?) policy if she had clever ideas ;)
