Travel Agent Changed Date of Final Payment! Help!

To cut out the junk

  • Organised a trip for two with agent
  • Paid $800 dollar deposit that was due today earlier this week.
  • The final balance of ~$6K was to be paid on the 28th of October
  • Get an email today saying now that it's due on the 7th of October because of the flights.

Can they do this as it's not what we originally agreed on? It will make living a bit tighter and would much rather pay it on the 28th (but can get it done by the 7th).

      I'll be able to pay the amount but it will have me living the poor life for a little bit. The issue is more can I say "Umm no mate I'll pay when we agreed"?

    why don't you call them? posting here aint gonna help lol

    give them a cll, see you u can just pay the portion relating to the flights (i'm assuming the 6k aint all for flights and for hotels and others)and the rest on the agreed date
