Dell seem to offer 30% off on selected monitors on a weekly basis. This time it is the well reviewed U2412M. Not as good bargain as U2414H @ $265.30ea but this is for the 16:10 fans.
Bought it for the same price and the monitor is amazing.

My two U2414H monitors just arrived at my door 10mins ago! One is already unboxed and looking awesome.
After owning a U2711 previously I feel a little underwhelmed.
Might keep the other sealed for now.
Yeah I'm pretty damn happy with my U2414H, though the 5-minute sleep mode thing has been seriously pissing me off.
Can't seem to find any indication of how to lower it to 60s or get rid of it (input is HDMI).
Squaredonut is right - the monitors are getting more expensive, even with the same discount percentage. 12 months ago, a 30% discount brought 2414Ms down to about $270-$280.

Why are dell monitors getting more expensive when discounts are the same? Does dell do price adjustments regularly based on the dollar?
