I do have an ABN, but the store domain I use is a fixed format and does not ask for ABN.
The loose part is quite big, but to be safe you can keep it away from children under 3.

I would have thought the commercial licensing required to use the Minion image would have made this item unprofitable.

I don't know anyone with a baby now but the items in your store look pretty nice.
If this a quality item I guess the price is OK but things that are not licensed look a lot nicer than cartoon/Disney style items (and can then be more of high price quality item)
