  You need to wait longer for the battery to transfer some juice, and as long as the receivers battery was not completely flat. I jumped started a V6 Commodore once with similar 600mAh like this. His engine was slowly turning over but not starting. With the jump start it turned over and all good.

    thanks….. now I'm thinking of getting one. Or maybe one of those Li-ion battery packs that double as a usb charger
