Does anyone know if apple accepts refunds with unopened iPhones purchased from a differnt store? Or can I upgrade? I purchased a 16gb iphone 6 from jbhifi and heard you can upgrade etc at the apple store?cheers.

Well OP asked about a refund first and foremost.
Get refund first. Then take that money and buy another phone of his choice. This way at least he will get his money back.
There was a thread about Office Works having iPhones in stock periodically :)
No. You cannot return another store's stock to a different chain.
It's like asking JB Hi-Fi if they will take a return on a Harvey Norman TV.
