Nokia Lumia 636 - cheap (unlocked)

I'm finding this phone cheap, seems to be like our nokia 635, only 1gb ram. Can anyone see the catch? Reviewing the mobile bands it has, it seems to be compatible with Australia's ones. For it's price it seems to good for a phone I'm finding around under $200. Not sure if there's something shifty about the model no. 636, or the price.

    These are the new TDE-LTE versions of the 630 series, that is why the RAM has been doubled to 1GB. LTE phones typically need more RAM.

      From what I gather, the 635 was the new version of the 635 series, which still has 500mb ram
