We're looking at replacing our ancient modem and ( Netgear WGR613VAL) wireless router and phone adaptor, which we use for My Net Phone.
It seems the DLink doesn't have a VOIP port, so can we still use it for MNF?

It should be rather simple
Just keep your Netgear modem, and connect it to the back of the D-link with an ethernet cable, then you still use the Netgear to connect your phone to.
While not 100% sure I think you connect your Netgear via the INTERNET port to one of the LAN ports on the D-Link. (I'm fairly certain, that's the way, but if it doesnt work connect LAN to LAN and try)
This saves you having to buy a network adapter from MNF, unless the netgear is having problems with VOIP (vs you buying your d-Link for faster wireless connections). Plus you dont have to config your voip setup.
