Hi, my sister wants a new phone with a good camera and processor, anyone know a good option in this price range thanks. Must be 8mp+ ,

The original Sony Xperia Z. Goes for $300 dollars now as it's an older phone. 13 megapixels.

The best camera is going to be a Nokia Lumia 1020. You can find it used nowadays for around $300

xperia z1 - has a much better camera than than the z and should be available for $350 or so.
