I use dollar shave club and I find the quality quite good for the price
i have been using the same blades since january this year after seeing one of those lifehacks where you basically reverse-shave something like your jeans or a towel in order to resharpen the blade. no cuts so far and the shaving experience has been smooth. Your mileage may vary, but it still saves me from cuts and having to buy lots of blades constantly

8 * 3 blade cartridges is 7.54 USD. Initial purchase of handle with 2 cartridges is 4.38 USD. Buy a few other things on the site to make the $4 postage worthwhile.
The quality is Ok for the price. I shave about every 3 to 4 days and get 5 to 6 shaves out of each cartridge before I can feel it's snagging too much.
dollarshave club and their 4 blade cartridges is also pretty good value. i a couple of months at least out of each cartridge, but I do find the cartridges a bit large. Prob still too used to the smaller 2 / 3 blade cartridges I'd used pretty much all my shaving life.
