Yesterday I made a booking for strictly ballroom on the 27th September and choose the wrong seatings for 2 people, does anyone know if ticketek will change the seatings if I request it? Cheers.

It should be ok if its only different seats. If your can get through on the phone that is, when I've tried to ring I've got an engaged tone.
On a side note, I hate this company. For the port v Richmond game you couldn't even choose seats, and they charged an huge fee for printing your tickets at home.Just called them, and have me a email to contact, only they can change and is up to them… Hate their system as it randomly generates seats!
I have booked for the same show at the same time. I didn't get randomly generated seats. I was able to choose my seats and did so.
Well seems like a refund or exchange is not possible unless its 30mins before the show starts then seats can be changed… Any idea I can go to the bank and get a dispute as unauthorised transaction?

If you chose the tickets and they delivered them, I don't think it's their fault. You're effectively asking for a refund but you're suggesting it's OK to say that it was an unauthorised transaction when you clearly authorised it?
YOU chose the wrong seats. Nothing can be done outside going and enjoying the show or scalping them.

You can ask, but pretty sure they have a strict no refund policy. However given strictly ballroom isnt exactly a blockbuster sell out, I recon they might be more understanding.
