I have been using the free version with ads for quite a while. This one from Amazon is ad free so no more accidentally hitting some advert instead of snooze. Any different from the stock alarm clock? Maybe just a bit more extreme.

Only available for free at Amazon US.

Version 3.5.9 (latest at Google Play is 3.6.3p)

Amazon Review = 4.6/5 (734 reviews)

Thanks, been using this one for years on my Samsung Galaxy Nexus. Be nice to have it without ads :)

very nice app, both timer and alarm, small and light.

  • I'll see if this alarm does it for me. Stock Android alarm isn't good enough - I just hit snooze every time.

Been using the free one for yonks and holding off from buying. Yay, thanks OP.

  • Keeps says "you already purchased this app, please find it in my apps" and i cant find it there :( any idea why? I own a note 3

  • been using this since when i bought the original nexus 7 :)

Even for free this can't compete with Timely.

    Too many permissions for me.

Why would an alarm clock program need network permissions, if it claims ad-free?

    • So when you you want a stopwatch you have to download it separately and the stopwatch has ads.

      +1 Timely

      • the alarm includes a timer, which i generally find more useful than a stopwatch in every day use.
i noticed the stopwatch extra download

  • uninstalled recently after using it for couple of years. It drains battery on my nexus 5. be warned!

    • thanks for the info, will try a bit more,
it appears to now work with device off, probably i was expecting too much.

I use the UE boom app's in built alarm. As someone with hearing loss. The loud boom is a god send for waking up in the morning. Really loud and really effective. Only problem is it will wake you right up with a shock no time to hit the snooze.+1 for this deal will try and see if this offers a more sane solution.

  • Stock android works a treat for me, especially if I leave the tablet in the lounge so I have to get out of bed to turn it off.

Thanks, I really benefit from the maths in this app and no more stupid AD-snoozing. Timely looks great but this app works best for me.

    • Timely also has maths and puzzles, though now showing as Premium - yet I can select them (guessing I ozbargained a full version at some time)

  • installed amazon app store, clicked deal link, opened in amazon, says $2.15. ??????
