Smart charger for Eneloops on eBay 15% off

Can anyone recommend a good/cheap smart charger for Eneloops on EBay with this 15% off deal today? Less than $50 is even better.

I bought a stack of batteries last week and only have the Eneloop dumb charger.

    Yeah, it only has the names and model numbers of the 2 most highly recommended chargers.
    What more could you possibly need?

I was looking at eBay store yesterday but decided to get the quick charger plus 4 AAs from Masters for $30. Ebay more expensive even after discount.

  Masters are not widely located
  
  The Eneloop chargers are either on clearance and mostly out of stock, or new product but again mostly out of stock.
  
  Delivery is not available and if it was is apparently pretty expensive.

    Oh ok, I didn't realise Masters were few and far between. Guess I am lucky to have one within 10km from me then. Still a trek but I will do it for cheap Eneloop chargers :)
